TERMS & CONDITIONSfor filing up the form
- Please fill in the on-line form on the next page with as much details as you can in the first instance and send it to us.
- Please fill up all the rows – it helps speed up processing.
- You need to confirm your proposal through a confirmatory mail to begin the scrutiny process.
- On preliminary examination if your proposal appears bankable, you will receive a questionnaire which you need to reply, in physical format along with copies of documents, if any, mentioned therein.
- There would be nominal processing fee of 0.25% of the fund amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 10,000/- which you need to pay in advance.
- The processing fee is non refundable in any circumstances but adjustable against the service charges.
- The service charges ranges from 0.25% to 1.5% of the fund amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 25,000/- The services charges are based on the degree of complexities -primarily related to security issues of the Financer.
- Absolute and strict confidentiality will be maintained for the information / data submitted by you. However, at some point of time, before final agreement, details furnished by you will have to be shared with the shortlisted prospective Financers. You will however be informed of such sharing and you will have the option to bar any individual/ company/ Bank etc, either singly or as a class, from being approached by us.
