Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 45 days before the work shop date
75% refund if cancelled 30 before the workshop date
50% refund if cancelled 25 before the workshop date
25% refund if cancelled 20 days before the workshop date
No refund is possible if cancelled less than 20 days before the date of workshop.
Cancellation requests should be made by email only and date and time logged in the email will be the date and time of receipt of cancellation requests.
Lodging & Boarding assistance provided to outstation participants as per their requests, for which necessary payments will be extra.
Force Majure
BankDRT reserves to itself the right to change the course content of the workshop, its scheduling, arrangement etc. without assigning any reasons.
BankDRT reserves to itself the right to change the date of workshop and/or cancel it without assigning any reason.
In the event of change of date of workshop and/or its cancellation, you shall have the option to either seek full refund of the fees paid or seek your adjustment to some other convenient date. No other claims, damages etc. will be allowed under any circumstances
