BankDRT offers internships for students in the following fields:
- Law/Legal Work
- Finance/ Financial Analysis/ Fund Raising/ Fund Management
- Customer handling/ Customer service/ PR/ CRM
- Asset Management/ Asset Resolution/ Asset Reconstruction

For internship in Law/ Legal Work, candidates should be law students, or those who have passed out of law Colleges.
For internship in Finance/ Financial Analysis/ Fund Raising/ Fund Management candidates should be graduates, preferably from Commerce background.
For internship in other areas candidates should be at least graduates and have a flair for interacting with customers.
Internship is generally for 30 days at a time. Seniors students can be given extended internship for a period of upto 90 days at a time.
As matter of principle no stipend is given to interns. However, a financial reward is given to interns whose performance has been outstanding during the period of internship.
BankDRT does not provide any accommodation, TA/DA or any such compensation for interns.
