If you cannot afford to have consular consultation due to financial reasons, you can avail our FREE Consultation. Free consultation is offered on every Monday, between 1600 hrs to 1900 hrs. For this you need to send us a mail with subject title as “FREE Consultation Scheme”. Along with the mail you must attach a brief of your case and your queries. If your case is accepted under this category, then you will receive a mail along with your query number and the date, time and the phone number on which you should call.
SUBSIDIZED CONSULTATION:
You can speak to our Legal officer with your queries and case matter for a mere Rs.500/- only. This consultation is offered every day from Tuesday to Friday, between 1600 hrs to 1900 hrs. For this you need to send us a mail with subject title as “SCS”. Along with the mail you must attach a brief of your case and your queries. If your case is accepted under this category, then you will receive a mail indicating the procedure to make the payment of Rs.500/-. Revert back after making the payment. You will then receive a mail along with your query number and the date, time and the phone number on which you should call.
The Terms and conditions of this scheme are follows :
- Since this scheme is on first come first served basis you cannot seek change of date and timing of the call as it will effect other callers in the queue. You should make a call at the particular date and time on the designated number when you can speak to our Law Officer and discuss your case.
- You cannot seek drafting, preparations of applications and/or other pleadings or vetting of documents under the scheme.
- You cannot seek appearance of an advocate on your behalf before any forum.
- The discussion time is around 30 minutes. Therefore please keep all facts, papers, queries and questions at hand before making the call.
- The Law officer has the right to terminate the conference at any point of time if he is of the opinion that you are argumentative, abusive, slanderous, contemptuous of judicial authorities, making allegations on officers etc or using language unbecoming of good behavior and no refund will be allowed as a result thereof.
